Prep and Grind
The main reason concrete coating systems like Epoxy fail is because companies skip over the 2 major steps that have to be done the correct way. Proper prep and grind. Proper prep includes fully inspecting concrete substrate. Recording slab temperature, density, moisture, accessing any cracks damage or water issues. Once proper conditions are confirmed we then move to the grind side.
For concrete coating systems to adhere properly the floor must be ground down to the appropriate CSP. Any cracks must be filled with a proper mender and then ground down to blend with the rest of the floor. Once there is a uniform CSP through the floor it is thoroughly vacuumed and ready for the next step of the system.

Base and Flake
The next step in our system is applying an industrial grade polyurea basecoat designed for superior adhesion, flexibility, and long-term durability. Unlike traditional epoxy, polyurea penetrates deep into the concrete and cures quickly, creating a strong bond that resists peeling and wear. While the basecoat is active, we apply a full broadcast of decorative flakes across the entire surface. This not only creates a clean, high-end look, but also adds texture, slip resistance, impact resitance and additional strength to the floor.
The Result is a seamless, durable floor that looks incredible but is built to handle the wear and tear of daily live.

Aspartic Top Coat
To finish the system, we apply a high-performance polyaspartic topcoat designed to seal and protect the floor. This top layer locks in the flake system while providing superior resistance to wear, chemicals, and UV exposure.
Unlike traditional coatings that can yellow or fade over time, polyaspartic is UV-stable and built to maintain its color and finish. It also adds a smooth, easy to clean surface while enhancing durability for long-term preformance.
The result is a jaw dropping strong, seamless finish that protects your floor and keeps it looking great for years.
